Usually very good customer service. This does not appear to be a very large hardware store. It's always surprising how much stuff they've managed to put in this store. They always have interesting specials running to bring people in. They will help you carry things out to the car. Sometimes they will ask, sometimes you have to ask. Unless it's something I have to get from a larger hardware store, this is definitely my go-to spot. Their prices are good. They're for for terracotta pots to make oils. Their prices are cheaper than Walmart and Lowe's and home Depot. They have several types of adhesive for assembling that layers and their staff are informed about the adhesive so that you will get the right one. You can order things to be sent to the store or sent to your home as well as buying directly from the store

I had a great experience at this hardware store thanks to the outstanding customer service from Courtney, Tom, and Charlie. Courtney took the time to listen to my needs over the phone and connected me with Charlie, who went above and beyond by cutting a downspout to the exact measurements I needed so it would fit in my car, even though this isn’t a typical service they offer. Tom was also very helpful in locating the item and assisting with getting it to the back for cutting. Their teamwork and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional service!

Friendly staff that are always ready to answer questions, and a big selection for a small hardware store! Because it's small, you can find what you need without spending hours walking around like at larger stores. They have propane tank exchanges, too.

Was looking for seven for the fruit tree and rose bushes. We found what we were looking for and it worked great on aphids and the pine trees.

Needed a certain item and they also bolted it together for me! Am traveling and don't have tools with me, their kindness was awesome! Noticed they had a better selection of some things than at home too.

They always have the things I can't find anywhere else. Why do I even bother looking elsewhere? Friendly and helpful staff, too!

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, find all odds and ends and products for almost any project here. One of the few remaining stores in Albuquerque that offer great customer service.

I love this hardware store. Every time I enter I have been reminded of how much they personalize the shopping experience. The people that work in this store are truly knowledgable. I go there often for garden supplies. While it is not a large section of the store, I find that the quality of fertilizer, soil additives and nutrients far surpass what I can get in the big box stores.

All the staff andKari& Chelsea were awesome !!! The only complaint I have is it’s only 10:45 AM and it’s about 85° inside the store very uncomfortable for your customers and staff. Please get this resolved immediately and I may consider changing The Star rating

Its always clean and tidy unlike the Lowe's down the road. Items are organized and in stock (much unlike the aforementioned Lowes). Easier to get in and out of for that reason and also because there isnt a bunch of stands and junk cluttering the aisles. Not always the most cost effective for everything but also they sometimes carry items you cant get at the big box store. Employees actually ask you if you need any help. Its always so pleasant shopping here. They have a surprising array of items. I love the solar hot air balloons. Good place to look for little yard decor type gifts.

This place is my new GO-TO for my small nuts/bolts/hardware needs! I went from a clapped out Lowe's bolts section that was trashed and gone thru like a drunk LSU undergrad during Mardi Gras to this nice clean well stock place. The folks were nice and friendly and the place was CLEAN! Thank you for providing such a nice (and stocked) place to shop! PS. I hope you guys are going through your stock of hardware of nuts/bolts/washers/etc. and ordering replacements often.

I just went from one of the worst customer service experiences at Samons, to one of the best at Ace. I’ve been to 4 store today looking for a simple cap fitting for a valve under my sink. The guy helping walked me over to a wall with all the sizes and found what I was looking for in 20 seconds and then had me check the fitting in the board. So easy and extremely helpful. Total change from the place less than a mile away o was at 5 minutes before.

This is certainly the finest hardware store. Most of the staff is helpful and hopefully the nasty ones are employed elsewhere! They carry everything you would need. Need I say more? Forgot to remind you that they rent UHAUL TRUCKS etc Enjoy!
